In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Use of the awi4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any awi4d Service. This minimum age requirement is absolute and applies regardless of local laws or regulations in your jurisdiction that may prescribe a lower minimum age for gambling. awi4d enforces a strict 21+ policy and verifies age as part of the mandatory KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and the matter handled in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.

The awi4d Platform is operated internationally and is directed primarily at adult players residing in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. awi4d makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law is not permitted, and by registering an Account you confirm that such prohibition does not apply to you.

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that you are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, and that you have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by awi4d for any breach of these Terms & Conditions or for any Prohibited Activity.

Each individual Member is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the awi4d Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. awi4d employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, awi4d reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds credited to those Accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

At registration and throughout your membership, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. Information provided must match your government-issued identity documents. awi4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided and to suspend or close Accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify awi4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. awi4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

awi4d is required to conduct KYC verification on all Member Accounts. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during the course of your membership. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), Indonesian Passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address may also be required. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by awi4d may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

All Account transactions on the awi4d Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). awi4d does not accept deposits in any other currency, and no currency conversion is applied to deposits, withdrawals, or in-game transactions. The amount displayed in your Account Balance at all times represents the exact IDR value of your available funds.

awi4d accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bank transfers to designated virtual accounts from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though awi4d reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for large deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by awi4d's payment processor.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. awi4d charges no platform-side fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees. Processing times are as follows:

• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): processed within seconds to a few minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks): processed within 30 minutes during standard banking hours, 07:00–22:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7), seven days a week.

All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) a minimum deposit-to-withdrawal activity requirement of at least one settled real-money bet placed using deposited funds (not Bonus Funds); and (c) full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. awi4d reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected Prohibited Activity or fraud.

awi4d offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that specific promotion only.

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotional terms for each offer. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type; Sportsbook bets, live casino games, and slots may contribute at different rates, as specified in the individual promotional terms.

awi4d maintains active systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine risk; and placing bets that cancel each other out across markets or accounts to meet wagering requirements without meaningful play. Where bonus abuse is identified, awi4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse related winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

All Bonus Funds are subject to an expiry period as stated in the applicable promotional terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered in accordance with their requirements within the specified expiry period will be automatically forfeited from the Account Balance without notice.

All Sportsbook bets placed on awi4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. awi4d reserves the right to void any Sportsbook bet where: (a) it was placed after the official start time of the event; (b) the odds were displayed in error due to a technical malfunction; (c) the event is cancelled or abandoned; or (d) the result is subject to an official investigation or protest that has not been resolved. In all voided bet scenarios, the staked amount is returned to the Member's Account Balance.

Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sic Bo, and Bandar Ceme (Indonesia's traditional domino-style card game) are conducted in real time by professionally trained dealers operating in independently monitored studios. All live dealer outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, dice, or wheel — and are not influenced by any platform-side algorithm. In the event of a technical interruption to a live dealer game session, the hand or round in progress at the time of the interruption will be settled in accordance with the game provider's technical malfunction policy.

Slot games and other Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on the awi4d Platform are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, PG Soft, Microgaming, and Habanero, and are certified by their respective independent technical testing laboratories. Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of game rounds and should not be construed as a guaranteed return on any individual session.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the awi4d system — indicated by the deduction of the stake from your Account Balance and the issuance of a bet reference number — the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member. Bets placed in error by a Member are not refundable.

awi4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing Members with the tools and information necessary to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members at no cost through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately; increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session notifications at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to alert you to the duration of your current playing session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Apply a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which no deposits, bets, or live game access is possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion that closes your Account indefinitely and prevents re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the awi4d Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one Account or providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
2. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from accessing online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
3. Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment instruments, chargeback fraud, or the exploitation of software errors or system glitches to generate artificial credits.
4. Colluding with other players on live casino or card game tables to gain an unfair advantage, including the sharing of hand information in real time.
5. Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other non-human mechanism to interact with Platform games or the Sportsbook.
6. Laundering money or facilitating any transaction that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code or backend systems.
8. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the Platform's technical infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service attacks.
9. Exploiting any Bonus or promotional offer through abuse techniques as described in Clause 5.3 above.
10. Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward awi4d staff or other Members through any Platform communication channel.

All content on the awi4d Platform, including but not limited to the awi4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of awi4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) create derivative works based on any Platform content; (c) use the awi4d brand name or trademark in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by awi4d; or (d) frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

awi4d collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the awi4d Privacy Policy. A complete copy of the Privacy Policy is available at awi4d.pro/privacy-policy.

Personal data collected by awi4d is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. awi4d does not sell personal data to third parties and shares data only with service providers acting on awi4d's behalf under binding data processing agreements, or where disclosure is required by applicable law or legal process.

awi4d operates the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance, network outages, or third-party service provider failures. awi4d will not be liable for any losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from any period of Platform unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, awi4d excludes all liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether awi4d had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by operation of law, awi4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting awi4d support at [email protected] with a written closure request. Account closure will be processed within one business day of receipt of the request. Any available real-money Balance at the time of closure, net of any applicable bonus forfeiture, will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

awi4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the identification of any Prohibited Activity; (c) a failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or (e) any other circumstance in which awi4d determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that continued Account operation poses a risk to awi4d, other Members, or the integrity of the Platform.

awi4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members by email notification to the registered Account email address and by a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the changes. Non-material changes — including typographical corrections and clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Members — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1 above. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at awi4d.pro/terms-conditions, with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the jurisdiction of awi4d's operating entity. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, the seat and language of which shall be determined by awi4d's operating entity in accordance with its licensing obligations.

The governing language of these Terms & Conditions is English. In the event of any translation or localised version being made available for convenience purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.
